Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Wattle Office account access, email admin@encryptionjwegames.com from the Google account email address you use with Wattle Office.

Use the subject line Wattle Office account deletion request and include the Google account email address that should be deleted.

What We Delete

If we hold account access records for your Google sign-in or app subscription access, we will delete or de-identify those records where we are able to do so.

Google Play subscription and purchase records are managed by Google. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your Google Play account.

Business Data On Your Device

Wattle Office stores customers, jobs, invoices, quotes, expenses, receipts, business profile details, bank details and backup files on your device first. Wattle Office does not keep those business records on a developer-controlled server. If you chose a Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or other cloud folder, the sync package is stored by that provider in the folder you selected. Business data may also leave your device if you choose to share or export it.

To delete local business data, open Wattle Office and delete records in the app where delete actions are provided, remove exported backup files you created, or uninstall the app and clear app data from your device settings.

To delete a cloud sync package, delete the Wattle Office sync file from the cloud folder you selected. Disconnecting the folder in the app does not delete the provider's copy, so it cannot be removed accidentally.

Data We May Keep

We may keep limited records if required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or Google Play compliance purposes. Where retained, this information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

Deletion Timeframe

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some deletion requests may take longer if we need to verify the account owner or meet legal or platform obligations.

Delete Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can delete individual customers, jobs, invoices, quotes, expenses, receipts and other records inside Wattle Office where delete actions are available. You can also remove exported files or backups from the storage location where you saved them.
